Jolemon collects information every time you use this website. This information concerns anything that our analytics program collects by use of cookies and provides us in a report. This information, however, does not identify anyone by name or address or any other personally identifying means. If you sign up for an account with Jolemon, we ask that you do not provide your real name as your logon name. You may delete your account at any time, and your saved data will be kept only on our computers and not shared with anyone outside of the company.
Any personal information you do give us, is done knowingly and of your own free will.
We do not sell or rent any personal information on you that we may collect.
We may share information that is aggregated from many users and contains no personal information, in any way we see fit.
Any e-mails you send us, will be kept confidential within the company, or shared with any contractors we used. These contractors will not be allowed to divulge any personal information outside of their company. We will take reasonable measures to secure this information from unauthorized access, but do not guarantee that it will never be lost or stolen. If we reply to your e-mail, of course we will use any personal information you give us to help in our reply.
Of course, if we are legally required to disclose any information by law, we will do it.
If the company is sold, we will transfer all information in the company to the new owners as part of the sale.
